My beloved friend Lulu F from Upington shared this heavenly, and delicious, recipe.
Ingredients:
- 1 Liter full cream yoghurt (I like double cream yoghurt with vanilla seeds)
- lemon juice to taste
- lemon peel strips
- a few drops of good vanilla
- Can of condensed milk
- crust flatbreads
Method:
Mix all ingredients, pour into bowl with flat cookies.
Microwave for 4 to 5 minutes.
Cool in refrigerator until firm.
